Hi everyone! I know being healthy sounds kind of boring… but if you’re healthy you will feel clean and your life will be changed! I would be happy to tell you some things to keep you healthy!! Well, first, you try and take it easy on junk food, for example, no chips, pepsi, candy,etc. all the time!! Second, stay on a good diet, like have fruits and vegetables at every meal, not so much wheat and bread!! And finally third, keep up some good exercise!
Some advice: I think that if you have started smoking it’s one of the best things to stop! If it is hard to stop, then just try to think about how much better it’ll change your life!
